Carrot Cake

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups carrots, peeled and grated
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple

Frosting:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; blend well and pour into a greased and floured Bundt® pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool; frost while still warm.

Frosting:
Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
