Marinated Olives

Ingredients

2 (6-ounce) cans whole black olives, drained
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh oregano or basil, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; mix well and place in a covered container. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. May be kept refrigerated up to one month.
