5,000 Recipes Moved in Minutes: Melody’s Cook’n Story

QUESTION:

"I am SERIOUSLY thinking of joining, but I already have over 5,000 recipes on Recipe Keeper. I love your cookbook feature, and I want to make a cookbook using your program, but do not want to retype the approximate 200 family recipes that I got family members to share. So can I transfer? Recipe Keeper allows transfers from a lot of different apps and programs, and it is easy to transfer from TikTok, Facebook, web pages, almost anything that has a share button.thanks for reading." - Melody

ANSWER:

Hi Melody,

Thanks for reaching out and for your kind words about our cookbook feature! 😊

Yes, you can absolutely transfer your recipes from Recipe Keeper into Cook'n — no need to retype those 200 cherished family recipes. To do this, simply launch Cook'n Version 15 and click:

File → Import → Recipe Keeper

Cook'n will pull in your recipes so you can start creating your cookbook right away. Once imported, you’ll be able to organize them, add photos, and even share them with family in just a few clicks.

If you run into any questions during the import, just let us know — we’re happy to help make the process smooth for you.

Warmly,
Dan
