Do you know what this is?

These two pictures were sent to me from our good Cook'n customer, Paul Jones.

He asked if I knew what it was and after much researching I found the answer!

“This is a rare old flip three-way spatula. It sits like a normal spatula, and then with the flick of a little lever on the handle it spreads out to create a GIANT spatula. You could flip a giant pancake, or flip 3 burgers at once. Also very good for lifting fish.

It is made of Stainless steel with a painted wood handle.
Patented in 1936, invented by Minnie Greene and Lois Udey, this model was made in NYC by Coradon.

That is pretty cool Paul! Thanks for asking!
