Grill 2 additional ears of corn. Cut off the cob and allow it to cool. This will be used for the Meal 4, Tagliatelle.

Double the Chapati Bread recipe and make extra to serve with Meal 4. It goes great with the Black Bean Croquettes. Store the cooled bread in Ziploc bags in the fridge. Reheat in foil for 10 min. in a 300 degree preheated oven, or 30 seconds in the microwave.

Serve the Chapati bread you made for Meal 3, reheating in foil for 10 min. in a 300 degree preheated oven, or 30 seconds in the microwave.

Remember to pull out the corn you grilled for Meal 1. This will be added to the Tagliatelle recipe.

The Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette and the Mixed Green Salad are both in today’s menu plan.
