Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 pounds | chicken wings |
| 2 tablespoons | vegetable oil |
| kosher salt | |
| freshly ground black pepper | |
| 1/4 cup | low-sodium soy sauce |
| 1/4 cup | honey |
| 2 tablespoons | rice wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | sriracha |
| 3 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 tablespoon | grated fresh ginger |
| green onion, for garnish | |
| sesame seeds, for garnish | |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425° and place a metal rack on top of a large baking sheet.
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Place wings on wire rack and cook until crispy and golden, 48 to 50 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer until the flavors meld and the sauce reduces slightly, about 10 minutes.
Transfer baked wings to a large bowl and toss with glaze. Return to rack and broil until caramelized, 2 to 3 minutes more.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
