More Spice Advice

If you read last week's Spice Advice, you'll remember it was all about fish... ick. Well, this one is a little more pleasing, as it involves other meats that, to me, are more palatable.
Let me once again say, that buy listing the spices and herbs that compliment each meat, I am not dooming them to those spices alone. Obviously there are amazing dishes out there. I love to make this one that uses lots of cajun, lemon pepper, and basil on chicken. These are just the herbs that go particularly well.
Beefrosemary, thyme, parsley

ginger, cinnamon, sage

rosemary, oregano, garlic, basil, tarragon

cumin, basil, parsley, sage
