Monday

Dovetailing Tips: Today is onion day, but the stink will pay off all week so toss the onions in the freezer for about 1/2 hours before cutting into them (to cut down on tears) and get ready to make some big strides. While you are cutting the onion for today in to thin wedges go ahead and chop one small onion for tomorrow and 4 cups more for Thursday. You will be so glad this is done!

Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips: Use the small onion you chopped yesterday. Also shred an extra cup of parmesan today to make an easy step toward tomorrow's meal!

Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will use parmesan, and you will prepare cheddar cheese and red onions. For the red onion, simply slice an extra and set it aside for Friday. For the cheddar cheese you are going to shred what you need tonight, and add a cup for tomorrow. Tomorrow's recipe calls for one cup cheddar and 1 1/3 cup sharp cheddar. If you are option to you all one kind go ahead and grate it all now.

Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: Onions and cheese are ready, putting you way ahead of the game on this dinner! Today you will be cutting green peppers. You can get even further ahead by seeding and slicing (or leave in rings) one extra.

Friday

Dovetailing Tips: Today use thse green peppers and red onions you sliced!
