Your recipe for Chinese Chicken Salad really made a big hit in Alaska. Being lazy I did not grill the chicken, I used chicken strips from KFC. Turned out great. We took it camping. We ate it at home for lunch. I made a double batch for them before I left. How's that! Thanks for the recipe
