Monday

Dovetailing Tips: This time of year I just crave strawberries so we are going to use them several times this week and we can get them all sliced today. When you are halving them today just slice an extra 2 pints. They will be ready and waiting for Tuesday and Thursday.

You can also get ahead by chopping 7 gren onions and setting aside your extras for Wednesday and Thursday and by shredding 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese. You will use 1/2 cup today and the rest will be ready for Friday. What just took you a couple of minutes and no extra dishes is going to save you big time this week!


Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips: Today's tart will taste even better knowing that your strawberries were already sliced and ready!


Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: You have 3 chopped green onions to toss in to this meal.


Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: Green onions and strawberries are ready to go in to their dishes today. Aren't you glad you already have them ready?


Friday

Dovetailing Tips: The last of that cheese should be ready to add to the casserole. Yummy!
