Download these recipes into your Cook'n software. Then, you can save time and money by using your Cook'n software to make a grocery list! Save time by using the dovetailing and "prepare-ahead-of-time" features designed into this menu!


Monday

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Tuesday

Baked Halibut
Creamed Asparagus
3-2-1 Lemon Cookies

Dovetailing Tips: Today is onion day so toss about 8 medium onions in the freezer for about 30 minutes (this will help keep the tears under control) and then take them out and get to chopping, slicing and grating. Finely grate the one you need today. Chop one and slice six and save them for Friday. This may be a real tear jerker today, but they will all be tears of joy when you don't have to do it all again Friday!


Wednesday

Chicken, Artichoke, and Red Onion Pizza
Tossed Chef Salad
Hawaiian Fruit Cup

Dovetailing Tips: Today we have lots of dovetailing to do! First, you will be cooking chicken for the pizza and salad and if you want to add chicken to Friday's Mardarin Orange Salad this is a great time take care of it. Cook it all and set aside what you want to use Friday.

You will also want to slice an extra 1/4 cup of celery (sliced diagonally) while you are slicing it for today's salad. Chop 11 green onions and save 3 for tomorrow, and go ahead and shred an extra 1/2 head of lettuce and you will be set for Friday's salad.

Now for the easiest tip! Just save any leftover fruit from dessert and you can add it to the recipe for fruit on Friday. All this work may take an extra 5 or 10 minutes today, but will save you a ton of time tomorrow and Friday!!!


Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: Today just use that celery you sliced yesterday and you are on your way!


Friday

Mandarin Orange Salad
French Onion Soup
Fresh Fruit Cup

Dovetailing Tips: Today is the big payoff! You get to use green onions, lettuce, onion, chicken, and fruit that are ready to be tossed in. Enjoy this great meal made easy!
