I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

Easy Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Serves: 12


  Download this recipe.

2 packages semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz each)
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon fruit flavored liqueur

Place all ingredients in cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 30 minutes. Stir well, cover, cook on LOW 1 hour. Dip pieces of pound or angel food cake, fruit pieces, magdalenas, cookies, marshmallows, etc. Can be re-heated.
