I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Mayonnaise & Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Serves: 4

           Download this recipe.

   1/2 cup mayonnaise
   1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
   4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
   4 teaspoons dry Italian bread crumbs

1. Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
2. Spread on chicken.
3. Sprinkle bread crumbs over all chicken pieces.
4. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
