Artichoke Bruischetta - a recipe that’s both versatile and delicious

Two of my favorite things in this world are hot artichoke dip, and classic Italian bruschetta. I was perusing Pinterest late one night and came across artichoke bruschetta, it immediately went into my meal plan! A combination of my two favorite appetizers! Take a look at this recipe and think about an event you have coming up where this would be handy!

This appetizer is both fancy, and no fuss! It’s just a delicious cheesy artichoke dip, spread onto baguette slices and broiled until gold and bubbly! The best two words in my cooking vocabulary!

You’ll need a package of cream cheese, mayonnaise, canned artichoke hearts, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, a baguette loaf and some fresh parsley and/or paprika for garnish!

First, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Then add in the mayo and chopped up artichoke hearts. Lastly, mix in the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and garlic salt. Get the broiler heating while you spread this mixture on baguette slices, and be sure you spread all the way to the edges! Broil until gold and bubbly, then garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika and parsley.

This dish is perfect for a bridal or baby shower, appetizers for a dinner with coworkers or special friends, or a fancy Valentine or holiday meal! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
