Such a simple recipe but often times forgotten about. This is delicious on its own or served next to your next Mexican fiesta as a garnish of sorts.
|2||avocados, pitted, scooped, sliced|
|1 tablespoon||olive oil|
|1 teaspoon||lemon juice|
|pepper, to taste|
|salt, to taste|
Place sliced avocado on a platter.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
