Sparkling Citrus Punch

The most refreshing drink ever! I make this using Sierra Mist Lemon Lime soda (the kind with Stevia instead of the kind with high fructose corn syrup). Soooo delicious! If I'm not making for a party, I like to mix this up, except for the lemon-lime soda. I keep it in a pitcher in the fridge and when ready to be refreshed, pour base into a glass, filling about 3/4 full. Fill the rest of the glass with lemon-lime soda.

1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (12-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract, optional
8 cups cold water
2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled


In two large pitchers or a large punch bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Gently stir in soda. Serve in chilled glasses. Yield: 4 quarts.
