Garlic Butter Pizza Crust

Serves: 6

These are the best when served alongside a salad, or with pizza.


1 can pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust, or recipe of homemade crust
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon chopped roasted garlic or chopped garlic


1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease large dark or nonstick cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet. Press out dough to 15x10-inch rectangle.

2 In small bowl, mix butter and garlic. Spread over dough. Bake 7 minutes; remove from oven.

3 Top partially baked crust with your favorite pizza toppings.

4 Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
