Freezing Multiple Trays Of Food

Here's an excellent suggestion from one of our customers, Carolann Leskovec:

You had asked for suggestions for any cooking or baking solutions. Mine is for stacking multiple cookie trays of food in the freezer when shelf space is at a minimum.

When ordering pizza, save the round plastic spacers they put in the box.

On each parchment, or plastic wrap lined cookie sheet, place whatever items you want to freeze; meat balls, chicken, fruit, etc. Place the round spacers in each corner of the sheet; stack another sheet on top, etc. When frozen, place the items into freezer bags.
