DESSERTS TO DIE FOR

Oreo Truffles

By Sydney Hill

These have been around a while and maybe most of you have heard of them or have even tried them. I just thought it would go along well with the cake ball article, because it's the same basic idea.

These are a fabulous treat with only three ingredients. A quickie to make for any party or event.

Fans of Oreos won't be disappointed... Fans of Truffles won't be either...

Oreo Truffles

Serving size: 7
Calories per serving: 0

Ingredients:
1 package Oreos
1 package cream cheese
Almond bark or other chocolate candy coating

Directions:
Crush Oreos and blend in a blender til you have a fine powder. Place in a plastic bag and add a block of cream cheese. Mush (if that's a word) it around until cream cheese is evenly incorporated. Roll into balls and refrigerate 4 hours. Dip in melted candy coating. Let sit til dry. Then pop a few in your mouth, challenge yourself to save some for later!
