DESSERTS TO DIE FOR

FLAVORFUL Eggless Chocolate Chip
Cookie Dough

By Sydney Hill

Yeah, I've tried the eggless cookie doughs before. Not a fan. I LOVE cookie dough, it's a guilty pleasure of mine. But when you leave out the eggs, though much safer, it is just not the same. Safer or Savor? What if you could get a little of both? I tried this recipe with almost no hope. But I took a bite...and I am thoroughly impressed. If you are a cookie dough lover with me, it's worth a shot. It's tasty as can be!

Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk or cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars in an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in vanilla and milk. Stir in flour and salt and mix on low speed or by hand until incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips. Dough can be stored in refrigerator in an air tight container or up to three days.
