Download these recipes into your Cook'n software. Then, you can save time and money by using your Cook'n software to make a grocery list! Save time by using the dovetailing and "prepare-ahead-of-time" features designed into this menu!


Monday

Shepherd's Pie

Dovetailing Tips: You will have the chance to really get ahead today. It won't add much time to your meal prep, but will save you lots of time later in the week when you don't have to do the same things over again! Today brown 2 pounds of ground beef. Use one pound today and save one for Thursday's Tacos.

As you are chopping your onion for today go ahead and chop 2 cups (about 3 1/2 medium onions). This will be enough to get you through the week without chopping them again. The last thing you will do today is shred 3 cups of cheddar cheese. One cup is for today and the rest will come in handy Wednesday and Thursday.


Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips: Today your onions are all ready to go!

When you chop nuts for dessert chop an additional cup and a half to save for Friday.


Wednesday

Thursday

Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies

Dovetailing Tips: Today is where you save big time! Your ground beef is already cooked and ready to be seasoned and the cheese is shredded and ready to go.


Friday

Chicken and Dumplings
Your Favorite Vegetable Side (or use this guide to try something new!)
Pumpkin Pie Crunch

Dovetailing Tips: Use those chopped nuts for this Heavenly dessert!
