Baked Alaskan Halibut Recipe

6 halibut steaks
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 lemons
1 cup olive oil


Mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and the chopped fresh parsley together in one large bowl. Squeeze lemon juice on fillet and then dip in olive oil. Season fillet with salt and pepper and then dip in the bread crumb mixture. Cover each fillet with the bread crumb mixture and place on a baking sheet (if possible, place grill grate on baking sheet to elevate the fish). Spray oil on the outside of the crust. Bake at 450° for about 15 minutes.
