You Little Shrimp Salad

1 small stalk celery chopped
8 ounces cooked small shrimp peeled
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 large tomato


1. Cut the celery lengthwise into 1/4 inch strips, then cut each strip into 1/4 inch pieces.
2. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Enjoy as is or served on a bed of lettuce with tomato wedges.
