Egg-ceptional Egg Salad

4 hard boiled eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard or 2 teaspoons prepared
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon paprika
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
2 tablespoons sliced black olives (optional)
1/2 cup chopped celery


1. Place the eggs in a medium bowl and chop with a fork into small pieces (they don’t have to be uniform).
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Enjoy as is or served on a bed of lettuce.
