4 eggs
2 toasted English muffins
4 slices Canadian bacon
1 package hollandaise sauce


1. Poach the eggs.
2. Prepare the Hollandaise sauce.
3. Top each English muffin half with a slice of Canadian bacon. Place a poached egg on top, then spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Hollandaise sauce over the eggs. Serve immediately.
