Mt. Borah Baggie Omelet


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 39

Ingredients

egg (1 - 2 per person)
1 tablespoon milk per egg
any or all of the following: cheese, ham, bacon (cooked and crumbled), onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms
pita bread, bagel or English muffin
ziploc freezer bag
4 cups water

Directions:

AT CAMP:
1. Chop ingredients.

2. Put 1-2 eggs into a baggie and add desired amount of milk.

3. Add additional ingredients.

4. Seal bag tightly.

5. Place bag into boiling water and cook 3-5 minutes until desired doneness.

6. To serve as breakfast sandwich, place omelet onto bagel, English muffin or pita bread.

Fun Fact: Deer shed their antlers annually as a prelude to the regeneration, or re-growth, of new ones.
