Fadgen’s French Onion Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package ramen noodle (baked is best); discard flavor packet
3 tablespoons diced dried onions
2 tablespoons cooked and dehydrated ground beef (or vegetarian beef product)
2 tablespoons low sodium beef bouillon
1 tablespoon celery flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup instant stuffing mix
2 cups water

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Pack onion, beef, bouillon, celery and pepper in a small bag.

2. Pack stuffing mix in separate bag and tuck in noodles.

AT CAMP:
1. To water, add 1st bag ingredients.

2. Let sit 5-10 minutes to soak.

3. Bring to boil; add ramen and cook 3 min.

4. Remove from heat and top with stuffing mix.

5. Simmer, covered 8 min.

6. Sprinkle with cheese.

7. Remove from heat and let stand, covered 3 minutes.

Fun Fact: The first symptom of frostbite is numbness.
