Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

1/3 cup couscous
1 teaspoon diced dried onion
1 tablespoon diced freeze-dried celery
2 teaspoons blue cheese powder
1/2 teaspoon low sodium chicken bouillon
1 packet hot sauce
1 (7-ounce) package chicken
1 large flour tortilla
1/2 cup water

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Put dry ingredients, hot sauce, chicken and tortillas into quart freezer bag.

AT CAMP:
1. Remove chicken packet and hot sauce packet from freezer bag.

2. Add 1/2 C. near boiling water to the freezer bag then add chicken.

3. Seal tightly and put into a cozy for 5-10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

4. Spread mixture on tortilla and drizzle with hot sauce.

Fun Fact: "Fool's Gold" is another name for iron pyrite.
