Banana Smoothie


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 9

Ingredients

1/2 cup instant banana cream pudding mix
3/4 cup hot cocoa mix (hot chocolate)
1/3 cup powdered milk
4 cups water

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Mix dry ingredients together and place into Ziploc bag.

AT CAMP:
1. Bring water to boil.

2. Shake bag to ensure ingredients are well mixed.

3. Place 3 Tbsp. of mix in a cup and fill with 8 oz boiling water.

4. Stir until dissolved.

5. Repeat for each serving.

Fun Fact: Bannock is fried or skillet bread.
