Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons oat or enriched rice milk
1 1/3 cups "Better Than Milk" rice powder

Directions:

Combine the vegetable shortening and honey in a bowl with an electric mixer. Add the vanilla extract and rice/oat milk, and continue to mix. Add the “Better Than Milk” Rice Powder and beat about 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
