Squash Medley

Ingredients

1 zucchini
1 crookneck summer squash
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper

Directions:

Wash and cut squash in thin strips. Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in squash. Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally for 10 to 12 minutes or until squash is tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
