Ingredients

4 to 6 slices bacon, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef chuck
5 (14 1/2-ounce) cans pork & beans
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup catsup
2 teaspoons mustard
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Brown bacon, onion and ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat; drain and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients; stir in ground beef mixture. Spread into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Tip: Jot down favorite recipes, ones that have been handed down, and make copies to share when family & friends are together. Invite others to bring their recipes to share too…it’s a great way to preserve those that are time-tested and bring back the sweetest memories.
