BLT Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package macaroni, cooked
1 1/4 cups celery, diced
5 green onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
5 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Garnish: 1 pound bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine macaroni, celery, onions and tomato. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients except bacon; pour over macaroni mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon.

Tip: For just-right individual servings, spoon veggie or fruit salads into one-pint Mason jars.
