Peach Cappuccino Smoothie


Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup dairy or dairy free yogurt or milk (if using yogurt, try cappuccino or mocha flavored)
1/2 cup frozen peach juice concentrate
3 tablespoons instant coffee (regular or decaf) or grain beverage
1 cup ice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or other natural flavor, such as butterscotch, mint, coconut, hazelnut, etc (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend well until smooth and frothy. Serve, garnished with a mint sprig, pansy blossom, and/or a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!

TIP: Many flowers (pansies, nasturtiums, violets, etc.) are edible and make beautiful (and simple) garnishes.

VARIATIONS
Substitute apricots or mangoes for the peaches.
Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
