Cran-Raspberry Whip

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can fruit sweetened whole cranberry sauce
1 1/3 cups frozen raspberries or 1 cup fresh raspberries and 1/2 cup ice
1 (12 1/2-ounce) package soft silken tofu
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2/3 cup raspberry sorbet or frozen apple juice concentrate

Directions:

Blend everything well and serve. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Substitute frozen strawberries or blueberries for the raspberries.
Serve this as a topping over cheesecake or pound cake.
