Chocolate-Laced Kiwi with Orange Sauce


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon frozen (partially thawed) orange juice concentrate
4 large kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening

Directions:

1. Mix yogurt and orange juice concentrate spoon 2 tablespoons onto each of 4 dessert plates. Arrange kiwifruit on yogurt mixture.

2. Melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring constantly. Carefully drizzle chocolate in thin lines over kiwifruit.

If you don't have kiwifruit, use whatever fresh fruit you have on hand, such as banana or strawberry
