Ingredients

rotisserie chicken
coconut rice
fruit salad
green beans

Directions:

For Coconut Rice
Substitute coconut milk for half the liquid when making white rice.

For Fruit Salad
Toss cup-up fresh fruit such as mango, papaya and melons with honey, lime juice and slivered almonds.

For Green Beans
Toss with toasted sesame seeds and olive oil.

For Chocolate-Laced Kiwi with Orange Sauce
