BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

3 packages (8 ounces each) Italian breads shells or 6 pita breads (6 inches in diameter)
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
3/4 cup shredded smoked or regular Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)
6 tablespoons chopped red onions

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 450°. Place bread shells on ungreased large cookie sheet.

2. Spread barbecue sauce on bread shells to within 1/4 inch of edges. Top with chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with onion. Bake 7 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Purchased pizza crust, rotisserie chicken and shredded cheese make this one of the easiest pizzas you'll ever make. Add extra zest by sprinkling the pizza with 6 tablespoons of chopped red onion.
