Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package dry elbow macaroni
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water 5 minutes. Drain; pour into crockpot. Mix all other ingredients, except 1 cup cheese. Add to macaroni; stir well. Put remaining cup of cheese on top of macaroni. Do not stir. Cook in covered crockpot on HIGH 2 hours.
