carob pudding

Ingredients

2 bananas, broken into 2 or 3 pieces
3 tablespoons raw tahini
1/4 cup carob powder

Directions:

measuring cups
food processor
rubber spatula

Put all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the S-blade and process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the work bowl with a rubber spatula. Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Carob Pudding will keep for 3 days.
