YOU WILL NEED:
Emergency contact information
First aid kit (see recipe in chapter 4 for list)
Flashlight with extra batteries
Sweatshirt or coat
Change of clothes (pants, shirt, socks, undergarments)
Blanket or flat sheet
Small pillow
Mylar blanket
Trial size: lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash
Trial size: soap, shampoo, deodorant
Towel & washcloth
Whistle
Water: bottled or pouches - rotate every 6 months
Sweet hard candy
Food: (see food kit recipe - have one day's worth)
