Family Favorite Corn Soufflé

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
1 (8 1/2-ounce) package cornbread mix
1 (14 3/4-ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 13"x9" glass baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and add cheese. Return to oven and continue baking until cheese is bubbly and golden, about 15 minutes.

Tip: Make the family tree more interesting! Hang color copies of photos on a white-washed branch that’s been tucked in a sap bucket. Show the kids Aunt Lucille or Uncle Bob...it will make sharing family stories much more fun.
