Fruit Freeze

Ingredients

2 (16-ounce) cans grapefruit segments, undrained
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange, undrained
1/2 cup sugar
1 small jar maraschino cherry
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
lemon-lime soda
sherbet

Directions:

Blend grapefruit, mandarin oranges, and sugar for 30 seconds. Chop maraschino cherries add cherries and pineapple. Freeze mixture. When ready to serve, chop and put into serving cups. Pour soda over mixture. Top with sherbet scoops.
