Fresh Peach Cheesecake

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 (11-ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup creamed cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
Fresh, sliced peaches

Directions:

Combine butter, oats, and sugar press into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes set aside. Mix together cream cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice beat well until smooth. Pour into crust bake at 350°F about 30 minutes until set cool. Mix together orange juice, lemon juice, cornstarch, and sugar. Top cooled cheesecake with fresh, sliced peaches. Cover with orange juice mixture and chill.
