Sweet Spice Rub

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 dash ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon splenda
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in all ingredients EXCEPT splenda. Remove from heat and then add splenda. Cool and rub onto meat.
