1 In a medium bowl, whisk together the parsley, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the crab meat and stir well. Taste for seasoning.
2 Arrange the radicchio leaves on serving plates. Scoop the salad onto the leaves. Serve immediately.
