Why-not Walnut Sauce

Ingredients

15 walnuts kernals
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 clove garlic
1 bunch parsley
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Blanch walnut kernels and remove the skins. In a blender add walnuts, pine nuts, garlic and parsley. Blend till fine. Pour into medium size bowl. While stirring nut mixture, slowly add cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook desired pasta. Mix Parmesan cheese and butter with pasta. Pour walnut sauce over buttered pasta. Serve immediately.
