Easy Rice Casserole


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 217

Ingredients

1 cup Uncle Ben's long grain rice
1 medium can sliced mushrooms (do not drain)
1 can French onion soup
1 can sliced water chestnut, drained
2/3 stick butter

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Top with extra butter pats and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°.
