Barbecued Veal

Ingredients

3 pounds boneless veal breast
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions:

Trim all visible fat from the veal, cut into 2 inch pieces and brown on all sounds on a rack under the broiler. Place in a casserole, season with the salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the meat, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 ½ hours.

Serve over brown rice.
