Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 to 3 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:

In a large saucepan, brown ground beef with onions. Add green pepper, mustard, brown sugar and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
